Warranty Coverage
Axabull batteries are warranted against manufacturing defects arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions. Warranty coverage is applicable only when the battery has been used, installed, and maintained according to the recommended guidelines.
Conditions for Battery Replacement
✔ The battery must be within the applicable warranty period specified by Axabull Energy Private Limited.
✔ The original warranty card and battery serial number must be provided when submitting a warranty claim.
✔ The battery must be returned through an authorized Axabull distributor, dealer, or service center.
✔ Warranty claims are subject to technical inspection and evaluation by Axabull Energy Private Limited.
✔ The company’s decision regarding repair, replacement, or rejection of a warranty claim shall be final.
Distributor & Dealer Guidelines
✔ Products supplied by Axabull Energy Private Limited should be sold within the recommended sales cycle.
✔ Warranty claims must be submitted along with complete purchase and warranty documentation.
✔ Dealers are required to process warranty claims only through authorized company channels.
✔ All returned products shall be subject to inspection before approval of replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty shall become void under the following conditions:

✔ Broken containers, cracked covers, or physical damage.
✔ Altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers, labels, or barcode stickers.
✔ Use of non-approved accessories affecting battery performance.
Battery Inspection & Replacement Process
All warranty claims undergo technical evaluation using advanced battery testing and failure analysis equipment. If the battery qualifies under warranty conditions:
✔ The battery may be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
✔ Replacement batteries shall carry only the remaining warranty period of the original battery.
✔ If a specific battery model is discontinued or unavailable, Axabull reserves the right to provide an equivalent battery of similar capacity and performance.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure maximum battery performance and warranty eligibility:
✔ Securely fasten the battery in the designated battery compartment.
✔ Regularly inspect the vehicle charging system.
✔ Keep battery terminals clean and corrosion-free.
✔ Apply petroleum jelly or approved terminal protection grease when required.
✔ Maintain the battery in a clean and dry condition.
✔ Follow all maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Environmental Responsibility & Battery Recycling
Lead-acid batteries contain lead and sulfuric acid, which can be harmful to human health and the environment if disposed of improperly.
As per applicable battery management and recycling regulations, customers are encouraged to return used batteries to authorized dealers, distributors, manufacturers, or designated collection centers for safe recycling and disposal.

Axabull Energy Private Limited reserves the right to inspect batteries, vehicle electrical systems, and installation conditions before approving warranty claims. The company may revise this policy without prior notice. Warranty settlements shall be based on technical inspection reports and established quality evaluation procedures.
